Prepaid and Postpaid Convenience
Our fee collection system operates on a prepaid or postpaid basis. When a parcel comes in, the receiving fee is automatically deducted from your credit balance once it has been placed in a locker or oversized shelf space–you can immediately start using our locker retrieval system if you have already loaded your account with money. If you do not to keep a credit balance in the account, you can always pay the exact amount at the service counter during staffed hours or online before picking up your packages.
Once your parcel is placed in a locker, please pickup the parcels within 14 days. After 14 days, your parcel will automatically be assessed a storage fee equivalent to the pickup fee. Every time the parcel lapses 7 days, this fee will automatically be deducted from your credit balance. You will always have 7 additional days to pick up the parcel once the parcel gets charged a storage fee. Please pickup your parcel within 14 days after you receive the ready to pickup notification to avoid any storage fees.
Example. A package weighing 18 lbs arrived and was filed to a locker on Jan 1st. On Jan 1st, we charge a receiving fee of $3.75 to your account (for packages under 20 lbs). If the package is not picked up by Jan 14 end of day, then on Jan 15, and every week thereafter, we charge $3.75 for storage until the package is picked up. The package will be rejected and disposed of after 80 days, unless an arrangement has been made.
The BIG LOCKER (Oversized Parcels Storage Room)
Parcels that won’t fit in our largest lockers will be placed in the oversized shelf storage. You can only pickup oversized parcels during staffed hours. These parcels have a pickup period of 14 days.
If you must pick up these oversized parcels after hours, we can move it to the BIG LOCKER for you. The BIG LOCKER is assigned on a first-come first-serve basis and must be picked up the day you request it. If not picked up, the parcel will be assessed a daily fee that is equivalent to the initial storage fee until it is picked up or you ask us to remove it from the BIG LOCKER. There are currently no fees in using the BIG LOCKER if you pick it up on the day you request it. When you get the notification from us that the parcel is ready for pickup and is placed on the shelf, reply back and let us know you want to use the BIG LOCKER. We will move your oversized parcels to the BIG LOCKER and place the key inside a locker. Pick up the key just like any other parcels placed in a locker and proceed to the BIG LOCKER in the back room.
Change Room and Dressing Room
Try out your new purchases in our new change room! If you need to return any items that don’t fit, just place the opened package back in the locker and email us. We will repack and return it for you. When you get home, email us the return label, or if you need to buy postage to ship it back, we can charge it to your account. No more wasted trips in just returning an item!
Negative Credit Balance
Automated lockers will not open when your account balance is negative, or less then $0. Before picking up your parcel, please ensure your balance is $0 or higher. You can purchase additional credits online via Add Money, or at the service counter during staffed hours. Your credits never expire so it is safe to load more for your convenience, and any excess can be used for any future shipments you want us to receive.
If you know you will be refusing a package, please contact the sender or the shipping company to prevent them from delivering the package to our location. Due to the volume of the packages that we receive, we cannot check each package and refuse your package at time of delivery. Any packages that we receive will be charged the standard receiving fee posted above for the receiving and filing service provided. If you need to reject or refusal a package filed to your account, just let us know via email and we will return the package to the respective carrier for you, the receiving fee charged cannot be refunded.
Mail and Parcel Forwarding
If you cannot make it to pick up your parcel, we can have it shipped to you anywhere in the world. Multiple packages can be consolidated into a single package before we dispatch it to ensure you get the most economical shipping cost. More info.
Alternative Pickup Persons
You can easily designate anyone to pickup your parcels. Once your parcel is ready for pickup, it will be assigned a unique PIN code for that particular package. This PIN code is used to retrieve the package at our automated lockers or service counter. You are welcome to provide your PIN to anyone to help you pick up your parcel. Providing your PIN to a third party means you authorize them to pick up your parcels on your behalf.
We do not accept COD shipments and they will be refused and sent back to the shipper.
You can select whether to receive letter mail or have us discard them. You have to opt-in to receive letter mail, otherwise all letter mail will be discarded. There are now three ways to get your mail:
- Option 1, via Lockers, they will be placed in lockers for any time pickup. $1 per letter.
- Option 2, via Email, we will scan and email you the letter in PDF format. Letters will be destroyed thereafter. $2 per letter.
- Option 3, via Mail Forwarding, we will forward the letter mail to an address of your choice. Cost is $2+ for domestic (US), and $3+ for international including the cost of postage depending on letter size and weight.
To be considered a letter mail, they must not have a barcode or tracking number, and be under 150 grams (5 ounces). All letter mail will be discarded if you do not opt-in to receive letter mail either by email or lockers. Magazine subscriptions, bank statements, and regular correspondence mail are considered letters. Catalogs, mail order booklets, flyers, and junk mails will be disposed of and will not be processed. You will not be charged for these disposals. Magazines and other letter mail that are binded will still be filed into a locker for pickup or can be mailed to an address of your choice.
