  2. Receive Promotional confirmation approval from Support@inoutparcel.com **
  3. Begin shipping to your new Inout Parcel customer account ***

*1. Email Inout Parcel Customer Support a (Support@inoutparcel.com) a previous shipment tracking number from your existing vendor’s receiving account.

  • Tracking Shipment number must be prior to September 1st, 2025.

  • Email Inout Parcel Customer Service a shipping address confirmation from a past order shipped to your existing vendors shipping account. Shipping order confirmation must be prior to September 1st, 2025

**2. InOut Support Staff members will email you a promotional confirmation approval once your new account has been verified eligible and opened (New Customer I.D. Number Provided), and your previous vendor shipment verification has been received/approved.

Support email responses are typically within 2 hours of receipt.

Free Parcel receiving offer applies to ALL/UNLIMITED Customer Received mail and parcels from the dates of September 1st 2025 to November 30th 2025.

Must be a NEW InOut Parcel Customer registered between September 1, 2025 to November 30, 2025. May not have had any previous InOut Parcel account registrations.

This applies to ALL weight classes of parcels received. (Pallets/Freight Shipments are excluded.)

Please NOTE that the Special offer applies to Mail and Parcel receiving only (Pallets/Freight Shipments are excluded.). ALL Mail and Parcels received at InOut Parcel have 2 weeks of Free Storage time to pick up at your convenience, 24 hours a day (Verified Accounts).

Mail and Parcels NOT picked up and left in storage beyond the 2 week Free time period will assess the Extended storage fees applicable to the normal extended storage fees terms and conditions. 

All customers receive an email parcel processing/availability notification the date of receipt, that also includes the 2 week storage date. Additionally, InOut Parcel sends an email reminder for pickup 2 days prior to the 2 week free storage time expiring.
