Prepaid and Postpaid Convenience
Our fee collection system operates on a prepaid or postpaid basis. When a parcel comes in, the receiving fee is automatically deducted from your credit balance once it has been placed in a locker or oversized shelf space–you can immediately start using our locker retrieval system if you have already loaded your account with money. If you do not to keep a credit balance in the account, you can always pay the exact amount at the service counter during staffed hours or at a pickup terminal.
Storage Fees
Once your parcel is placed in a locker, please pickup the parcels within 14 days. After 14 days, your parcel will automatically be assessed a storage fee equivalent to the pickup fee. Every time the parcel lapses 7 days, this fee will automatically be deducted from your credit balance. You will always have 7 additional days to pick up the parcel once the parcel gets charged a storage fee. Please pickup your parcel within 14 days after you receive the ready to pickup notification to avoid any storage fees.
Example. A package weighing 18 lbs arrived and was filed to a locker on Jan 1st. On Jan 1st, we charge a receiving fee of $4.25 to your account (for packages under 20 lbs). If the package is not picked up by Jan 14 end of day, then on Jan 15, and every week thereafter, we charge $4.25 for storage until the package is picked up. The package will be disposed of after 80 days, unless the account have a credit balance for storage fee deduction.
The BIG LOCKER (Oversized Parcels Storage Room)
Parcels that won’t fit in our largest lockers will be placed in the oversized shelf storage. You can only pickup oversized parcels during staffed hours. These parcels have a pickup period of 14 days.
If you need to pick up an oversized parcel after hours, we can move it to the BIG LOCKER for you. This locker is available on a first-come, first-served basis and must be picked up on the specific date you request.
There is no fee for using the BIG LOCKER if the parcel is collected on the scheduled date. However, if it is not picked up, the parcel will be removed from the BIG LOCKER, refiled to our storage area, and a new storage fee (equal to the original filing fee) will be charged.
To request the BIG LOCKER, simply reply to your pickup notification and let us know the date you’d like to come by. We’ll move your oversized item to the BIG LOCKER and place the key in a standard locker. Just pick up the key as you would any other parcel, then proceed to the BIG LOCKER located in the back room.
Change Room / Dressing Room
Try on your new purchases in our convenient on-site change room! If something doesn’t fit, simply place the opened package back in the locker and send us an email — we’ll handle the repacking and return for you.
Once you’re home, just email us the return label. If you need to purchase postage, we can take care of it and charge the cost to your account.

Package Refusal
If you plan to refuse a package, please contact the sender or shipping carrier directly to prevent it from being delivered to our facility. Due to the high volume of parcels we receive each day, we’re unable to screen and refuse individual packages at the time of delivery.
Any package that arrives will be processed and charged the standard receiving fee as posted, regardless of whether you intend to keep it. If a package has already been filed to your account and you wish to reject it, simply email us — we’ll return it to the carrier on your behalf. Please note that the original receiving fee is non-refundable.
Mail and Parcel Forwarding
If you cannot make it to pick up your parcel, we can have it shipped to you anywhere in the world. Multiple packages can be consolidated into a single package before we dispatch it to ensure you get the most economical shipping cost. More info.
Alternative Pickup Persons and Authorized Users
Available to ID Verified customers, you can authorize others to pick up your parcels. Each package is assigned a unique PIN code once it’s ready for pickup. This PIN can be used at our automated lockers or service counter. You’re welcome to share the PIN with anyone you’d like — doing so authorizes them to collect that parcel on your behalf.
Alternatively, you may list up to three authorized users in your account who can pick up parcels for you at the service counter without needing a PIN. To manage your authorized users, go to My Profile → Edit Profile.
COD Shipments
Only if your account has been funded to cover the fees and arrangements has been made prior.
Letter Mail
We accept standard letter mail, but you must opt in to this service. Otherwise, all such mail will be returned to sender or discarded.
The initial receiving fee for any letter is $4.25.
- Option 1, via Lockers, they will be placed in lockers for any time pickup.
- Option 2, via Email, we will scan and email you the letter in PDF format. Additional $2.50 per letter.
- Option 3, via Mail Forwarding, we will forward the letter mail to an address of your choice. Additional $1.50+ for domestic (US), and $3.45+ for international including for postage.
Magazines, catalogs, mail order booklets, flyers, and junk mails will be disposed of and not be processed. Bank statements, and regular correspondence mail are considered letters.
Package Inspections
Package inspections are available if you would like to have detailed information provided to you in regards to your shipment(s). This may include the following examples:
- Label/Sender Information
- Photos of the Package
- Inspection for Damage Upon Arrival
- Repackaging
- Invoice Scanning
The minimum fee for an inspection starts at $5.00 per package. Depending on the complexity of the request the fees can vary. If you require a special request, please email us at support@inoutparcel.com.
