Simple Receiving Rates. No Monthly or Annual Fees.
You pay one flat fee per parcel by weight — that’s it. No memberships, no subscriptions. Here’s exactly what receiving and storage cost.
Receiving Rates
One flat fee per parcel, by weight.
| Package Weight | Fee per Parcel |
|---|---|
| Under 20 lb | $4.25 |
| 20 – 35 lb | $5.75 |
| 36 – 50 lb | $8.00 |
| 51 – 80 lb | $13.00 |
| 81 lb and over | $18.00 |
Which weight? The weight on the scale sets your price. If a box is unusually big for how little it weighs — lots of box, not much inside — we may charge one size up, but never more than that.
Additional Fees
Most customers only ever pay the receiving fee above. The charges below are situational — they apply only if you use that specific service.
| Tires | $8.00 each |
| Letter mail (receiving) | $4.25 |
| Letter mail — email PDF scan Covers up to 10 pages; $0.15/page after. | +$2.50 |
| Freight (per 2 days) | $25.00 |
| Cold storage — fridge (per 2 days) Starts when it goes in the fridge. No free days — see below. | $8.00 |
| Pallet disposal | $10.00 |
| Box disposal | from $1.00 |
| Package inspection | minimum $5.00 |
How Storage Works
Your first fee covers the first 14 days. After that, storage renews every 7 days at the same amount until you pick up.
14
Days Included
Your first fee covers your parcel for 14 days.
7
Day Renewals
After day 14, storage renews weekly at the same amount.
Safe
While Funded
We hold your parcel for as long as your balance covers storage — never disposed of while you’re funded (only after 80+ days and only if you owe more than $50).
No monthly or annual fees — you only pay receiving and, if a parcel sits past 14 days, storage.
One exception: cold storage
The fridge works differently, because refrigerated space is limited and perishables need to move fast. Cold storage is $8.00 per 2 days, charged from the moment your item goes in the fridge, with no free days — the 14-day window above does not apply while an item is refrigerated.
If we move an item you’ve already received into the fridge, we credit your receiving fee back first, so a refrigerated item costs $8.00 per 2 days rather than both fees. When it comes back out of the fridge, it returns to the normal rate above and the 14-day window starts again from that day.
