Dear Clients,

The Point Roberts Border is open and you can cross, with the border restrictions lifted.  That means no ArriveCan app.

Please note the following:
– You need to be vaccinated and may be asked for proof when you enter into USA.
– There is no pre-arrival forms or apps to fill out.
– No covid-related testing required before or after crossing the boarders.

Our Current Hours of Operations

If you are unable to pickup large oversize/shelved packages during the above hours, please email us to reserve a BIG LOCKER for a specific evening, we will move the package to a dedicated storage room for you to can pick it up for that evening.

Our Current Operational Setup:

1. Best Contact Method – Email
   Please contact us by email only.  Due to larger than normal volume of emails , it will take us up to 2 business days to reply. We appreciate your patience during this time.
2. We provide parcel forwarding service to forward package to Canada
   Should you require this service, just reply to the package ready email we sent you and reply with: goods description, declared value, and full shipping address. We can then send you a shipping quote with UPS and USPS. UPS takes 2 to 4 days, while USPS takes 2 to 4 weeks for delivery.  If you provide your own shipping label, up to $5 might be assessed as handling fee per label provided.
3. Your package will be accepted and kept on site for 80 days
   We hold packages indefinitely as long as there is a positive balance in the account. We will only dispose a package if it’s been over 80 days and your account owes more than $50.
4. Cleaning and sanitation will increase.
   Major touch points such as door knobs, handles, pickup terminal screens, box cutting knifes gets disinfected on a daily basis, and we will increase the frequency of sanitizing these items.
5. Sanitizing gels
   Three auto sanitizing gel dispensers are now in operation for customers to use.
