Privacy Policy
Last updated June 26, 2026
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains what information In Out Parcel LLC collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our portal and services you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the portal or our services.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on the services you use, we may collect:
- Account and contact details (name, mailing address, email, phone);
- Identity-verification information, including government-issued ID and USPS Form 1583 details, where required to provide mailbox and locker service;
- Payment information, processed and stored by our payment processor (we retain only limited references, not full card numbers);
- Package and mail records, such as carrier, tracking, arrival, and pickup activity;
- Scanned images of letter mail you ask us to scan;
- Usage and security data, such as log-in activity and logs used to protect the service.
3. How We Use Information
We use your information to provide and operate our services — receiving and releasing your mail and packages, verifying your identity as required by USPS, processing payments, notifying you about your items, supporting your account, and protecting against fraud and abuse. We also use it to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to provide the service or comply with law, including with:
- The U.S. Postal Service, as required for mail-receiving compliance (e.g., Form 1583);
- Shipping carriers, to arrange forwarding and shipments you request;
- Our payment processor, to process charges;
- Service providers that help us operate (for example, identity-verification and document-signing providers), under confidentiality obligations;
- Authorities, when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.
5. Identity Documents and Sensitive Data
Identification documents and Form 1583 information are used only to verify your identity and to meet postal requirements. We store them securely and retain them for as long as required by USPS regulations and applicable law.
6. Letter Mail Scans
When you request mail scanning, we store the resulting images so you can access them through your account. Scans are treated as confidential and are accessible only to you and authorized staff.
7. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, and postal recordkeeping requirements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Choices
You can review and update much of your account information through the portal. You may request access to or deletion of your personal information, subject to the records we are required to retain by law and postal regulations. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
10. Cookies and Bot Protection
We use a secure session cookie to keep you signed in and to protect the portal. To defend against automated abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile on our website forms and Google reCAPTCHA in the customer portal.
Cloudflare Turnstile runs automatically in the background when you use our forms — in most cases there is no challenge to complete and no visible widget. It is designed to be privacy-preserving: it does not use tracking cookies and does not sell your information. To tell real visitors from bots it may process limited technical information, such as your IP address and basic browser signals. Your use of these tools is subject to Cloudflare’s and Google’s respective privacy policies and terms of service, including Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum (cloudflare.com/turnstile-privacy-policy).
11. Children
Our services are intended for adults. The portal is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
