Keep it legal, non-hazardous and non-perishable, per our terms. A Large is 16 × 14 × 16 inches, so if you are moving real volume, ask about more than one locker or a business account.

Letter Mail Billed as Usual
Renting a locker does not change how mail is charged. Filing an envelope is $4.25 and scanning it to PDF is $2.50 more, the same as on any account.

There is no minimum term and no lock-in. Rent month to month, and if you cancel, the locker stays yours until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Sizes & Monthly Price
Billed monthly. The price you see is the price you pay.
Dedicated lockers are a small, fixed part of the facility: 4 Small, 8 Medium and 2 Large are set aside for rental today, so a size can be fully taken.

How to Start
Three steps, all self-serve in your portal account.
Have an account
If you are new, register for your free US address first. It takes a few minutes and costs nothing to keep.
Pick a size and fund the first month
Choose your locker in Dedicated Storage and add the first month to your wallet by card or Interac e-Transfer.
The locker activates itself
As soon as the payment registers, the locker is assigned to you and your door code opens it. No counter visit and no waiting on staff.
If your balance ever falls behind, the keypad asks you to settle up and then opens. You are not locked out of your own locker.
How Received Packages Work With a Dedicated Locker
What you pay for mail does not change. Receiving, filing and scanning are billed exactly as they are on any account: $4.25 to file an envelope, plus $2.50 to scan it to PDF. See the full rate list. What changes is where things land.
Once you have a dedicated locker it becomes the default home for your letter mail, so an envelope is filed straight into your own locker instead of going to a letter box for you to collect separately. Parcels can be put there too. Anything filed into your locker opens with your own door code, so there is no separate per-package PIN to look up, and you can see everything waiting in your portal. If you would rather your mail kept going to a letter box, just tell us and we will switch it back.
In short: renting a locker does not include any receiving, filing or scanning, and it does not change what those cost. It gives you one private space, opened by one code you keep, that your mail can go straight into.
