Terms of Service

Last updated June 26, 2026

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the In Out Parcel LLC customer portal and the mail and parcel services we provide. By creating an account, signing in, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the portal or our services.

2. Our Services

We are a private mail and parcel facility (a Commercial Mail Receiving Agency). Depending on your account, our services may include:

  • Receiving and holding packages addressed to you for pickup from our lockers or counter;
  • Receiving, holding, scanning, and (on request) forwarding or disposing of letter mail;
  • Forwarding or shipping packages on your request through third-party carriers;
  • Related notifications, billing, and account management through this portal.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your contact information accurate and for safeguarding your login credentials. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Identity Verification

Federal regulations require us to verify the identity of customers who receive mail through our facility. To enable mailbox and after-hours locker service we require a completed USPS Form 1583 and valid identification. We may refuse, limit, or suspend service where verification is incomplete or where we are required to do so by USPS or other authorities.

5. Storage, Fees, and Unclaimed Items

Packages are held for a limited free period; after that period, storage fees accrue and are billed to your account balance. Items that remain unclaimed or unpaid for an extended time may be returned to sender, forwarded, or disposed of at our discretion, to the extent permitted by law. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before doing so.

6. Forwarding and Shipping

Shipping quotes and rates are provided through third-party carriers and may change. When you approve a shipment, you authorize the associated charges to your account. We act as your agent in arranging carriage; we are not the carrier and are not responsible for carrier delays, loss, or damage beyond any coverage the carrier provides. You are responsible for the accuracy of any customs declarations and for ensuring shipments comply with applicable law.

7. Prohibited and Restricted Items

You may not use our services to receive, store, or ship items that are illegal, hazardous, perishable (without prior arrangement), or otherwise prohibited by law or by carrier rules. We may refuse, hold, or dispose of such items and may notify the appropriate authorities where required.

8. Payments and Collections

Fees are applied to your account balance. You authorize us to charge a payment method on file for amounts you owe, including storage, handling, forwarding, and verification fees. Unpaid balances may result in suspension of service and the handling of items as described in Section 5. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full card details on our systems.

Amounts you owe remain payable even if you close, abandon, or stop using your account. If your account becomes past due, we may suspend service and may collect amounts owed by any lawful means, including referring the balance to a third-party collection agency and commencing legal action. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to pay the reasonable costs of collection, including collection-agency fees and, where suit is brought, court or tribunal costs and reasonable legal fees. We collect our own accounts in our own name and are not a collection agency.

9. Services Provided "as Is"

Our portal and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the fees you paid to us for the service giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date below. Your continued use of the portal or our services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law and Forum

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any claim you bring against us must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washington. This does not limit our right to bring a claim to recover amounts you owe — or any other claim — against you in any court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction, including where you reside or are located.
