Every package you send to In Out Parcel uses the same address — plus your personal Customer ID. Use it exactly like this at any US checkout:
Your Name 145 Tyee Dr, #(your Customer ID) Point Roberts, WA 98281
So if your Customer ID is 4321, the street line is 145 Tyee Dr, #4321. Your Customer ID is assigned the moment you register and is shown in your portal account.
Why the Customer ID Matters
The #number is how packages match to your account automatically. With it on the label, your package is logged, lockered, and emailed to you the same day — usually by 3:00 PM. Without it, our team has to match the package by hand, which can add an extra business day before you get your arrival email.
Some checkouts have a separate “Apt/Suite/Unit” field — putting #(your Customer ID) there works too. What matters is that the ID appears somewhere on the shipping label.
A Real Street Address, Every Carrier
This is a physical street address, not a PO box — so it works with UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, and TNT alike, including carriers that refuse PO boxes. It’s accepted at any US online checkout.
Ordering Under a Different Name?
Packages are matched by Customer ID first, so an order under a spouse’s name or a business name still finds you — as long as the #ID is on the label. If a package arrives with neither your name nor your ID, file a trace request with the tracking number and we’ll match it manually.
