“Really love this place and their AMAZING staff. Talked to Kevin at the front desk whom was efficient and friendly; he even recommended a movie (Idiocracy) and I loved it. Thanks Kevin for the A+++ excellent customer service. Highly recommend this place!”

Hello Rachel! ^_^ Thank you so much for the nice review! We are super happy you are happy! haha
“So convenient and great service. They quickly responded to all my emails. Unbeatable price too. Just a few dollars for the first 2 weeks of storage and I can get my US free shipping. Will definitely continue to use their service. Remember to fill your gas while you are there. Much cheaper than the north.”

“I've been using In and Out for over 6 years now and can say they are hands down the BEST shipping place in Point Roberts. The locker system is so smart because it allows you to go pick up your packages even if no one is at the counter (and avoid long border line ups by going at off times). Being able to prepay online or at the machines is super convenient and there's lots of parking outside the building. The staff are friendly and have always been extremely helpful over the phone.”

“24 hour service. I am in and out of point Robert in 12 minutes including fueling up at the nearby gas station. It's basically free if you gas up in Point Roberts”

I love the DCA of gas and parcel pick-up. Can I add, the gas was 11 minutes and InOut Parcel pickup was 60 seconds? :)
“Always quick and easy. They helped me process a return with ease, even when they were closed, thanks to the 24/7 lockers. So convenient!”

“Love the convenience of In Out Parcel. No lines. So simple. I get an email with a code, walk in, punch in the code, the locker opens and I’m out. In and out. An aptly named well run business.”

I had a laugh with a customer recently. they arrived while I was filing, and they were leaving with their package literally 45 seconds later. I said "Hey, you should be our commercial". They replied In Out :)
