Loved by Cross-Border Shoppers

“I recently used the InOut Parcel service and I have to say, I'm blown away by their exceptional service, espeically Angela. She is incredibly responsive to my needs, super friendly and professional. I can't recommend them enough for anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy letter carrier services. Thank you Angela for your outstanding work!”

“Always friendly and efficient customer service.”

“The service is very convenient and efficient! They really do everything to make the process seamless and take good care of you. I wish every business was operated like this one”

“As the name suggests it’s literally In Out parcel ,you don’t waste time here , the system they have for parcel pick up is very straightforward and very well organized . The customer service is always excellent. A shout out to staff and in particular Angela for always accommodating large packages and pick up time etc. Thanks !”

“Reasonable price and great service”

“Not bad, owner provide free mask.”

“Efficient automated system”

“The proximity to the border and efficiency of the system in place made this first time visit and usage a breeze. The attendant was good-natured and the process was very smooth. Because I don't see myself using this service very often, I really appreciate the option to pay in person per use instead of needing to top up an account. They also had a bin of freebie KN95 masks for customers, which was really nice. Will visit again for future purchases (:”

“Only come here to use the automated lockers. I find them very easy to use, and they respond to emails very quickly! Facility is well kept.”

“The automated lockers are easy to use and very convenient.”

“I've only been once since signing up, but I was greeted upon entry and was given a proper run down of how their system worked.”

“I love this place. Moved from the US to Canada last year and this has been my spot for a US PO box and package pickup. I love their "pay as you go" model, their automated locker system and nice staff. Love that its 2 min from the border crossing too”
