“As I live on Vancouver Island, it is not easy for me to pick up my parcel in Point Roberts. The helpful staff at In Out sent the parcel to me by UPS courier. Very convenient service!”

“I got notified that a package was waiting for me 5 minutes after I got the notification from FedEx that it was delivered. So fast! Picked it up about 8pm when no one was around. The automated locker and payment system worked perfectly. Note that you don't need to pre-pay anymore and can pay at pickup time, even if that's after hours. Great experience!”

we have much in common. i think girlie's are awesome. i am not of fan of import fees at all! i have worked at InOut for 3 years. this place is magical. and i recommend it to everyone.
“In out parcel is such a blessing to the people of Vancouver. 😌🙏 Having a US address over a PO box address helps saves shipping costs/fees for when a online shop has cheaper or free shipping within the USA. As sending to Canada is kinda expensive and some stores don't ship to PO boxes. One more big benefit is that I can now buy items from shops that don't ship to Canada and pick it up from In out parcel. So easy 🙂 Will continue using their service for the foreseeable future. Also like that they're open for parcel pick up anytime as I typically go past 12am.”

i love how you listed "helpful staff" first. yes i believe the 24/7 pickup is amazing, but even with all the extras available... what good is a product or service without a happy staff that believes in 5 star service? thank you werewolf :) and stay away from little red riding hood. she deserves a break.
