“First time using a service of this kind after spending way too long looking into mail forwarding services, and then remembering there's TransLink buses that take you within short walking distance of the border. I don't see how I could ever go anywhere else for this type of thing (provided I still have a way to transit there lol). The convenience can't be beat, if you value convenience trust me when I say this place is a no-brainer. Like I cannot emphasize enough just how straightforward and simple it is. You have 2 (free) weeks to pick up your packages (they can hold them for longer at a weekly charge, their website explains), and you can verify and top up your account online so you can literally just go in, ANY time of day, punch in your code(s), pick up your parcels and you're good!! You're not gonna get lost or confused, everything is labeled and the email you get when they have a package ready for you explains exactly what to do and where to go. I even brought scissors to open my packages but they still have a desk with box cutters (and the desk warns you about the fee for box disposal if you leave your packaging behind, so you won't get hit with a surprise fee if you open your parcels in there). These people really did sit down and think of how to make everyone's experience as quick and easy as possible. By the way their customer service email is very responsive, friendly and helpful. Anyway if you overthink things like me and are weighing your options to receive USA packages as a Canadian living in the area... just trust me, it doesn't get any more convenient than this, and you're not gonna have anything to worry about due to how easy, simple and quick it's all made for you.”
