Loved by Cross-Border Shoppers

“Straightforward procedures, location is secured and easy to find. Fast check-out.”

“(Translated by Google) Excellent package pickup service! Canadians can pick up their packages from the US here. The price is also very reasonable. I've been using it for over 10 years, and now when I come back, the staff seems even more friendly! (Original) 非常好的包裹代收服务！加拿大人可以来这里取美国包裹。价格也很合适。10几年前就一直用，现在再来，感觉店员更加亲切了！”

“Very pleased with their service. I’ve used them at least a dozen times. Any time I had some kind of concern about my package and I had to email them, I was impressed that they got back to me quickly and are very personable and reasonable. I love how close they are to the border and packages can be picked up any time of the day or night.”

“A while back I showed up with a friend and this place impressed me so much I signed up for myself. Today I showed up for my first time using their service and I wanted to mention, Kevin you're a life saver. I hadn't fully realized just how much I needed to try a spicy V8, and you're absolutely right about this sandwich! As for the bars... Protein bar is much better the other is much too sweet but it did help nonetheless. Thanks for being fabulous!”

“Excellent experience with in out parcel, Kevin was professional, experienced, helpful, we love this place and will do business again for sure, highly recommended”

“Prompt and secure”

“Very convenient and clean parcel service location! The 24 hour self pick up is amazing! The staff is kind and helpful. There is a new addition to the facility! Now, the "unhappy INOUT guy" can play the keyboard when no one is looking. Oh, wait! He doesn't have arms!”

“Awesome service and smooth collection of the item. Love how I can pay at site before collecting the item. They even gave me a bigger locker at no extra cost. Thank you!”

“These guys are so awesome! I can’t believe I haven’t rated/reviewed after all these years but better late than never! Just wanted to thank you all for providing the incredible service you always do. Always nice to talk to you guys :) Seriously, this place has the best service of any establishment I’ve frequented in years, restaurants, cafes, other businesses etc. The staff are all super kind and occasionally funny 😆 😁 Conveniently located right after the border and lockers are easy to use. Facility is always neat and clean. Great work! Thank you for being here!”

“Super quick and easy to use and the staff are incredible. They’re always friendly, helpful and polite. Love this service. Thank you!!”

“1st timer. Staff is very friendly and helpful, didn't mean to eavesdrop but overheard them helping a customer out with great patience and knowledge about shippings. Was able to quickly locate my package. Storage/mail boxes seems very sturdy and clean.”
