Thanks for the review xins. We did raise our prices after COVID in order to continue providing exceptional service to our customers. With the rising costs of wages, utilities, rent, and labor, this was a necessary step to not compromise on the services we provide. Thanks for your patronage and see you again soon!

“Hit or miss spotty service. Picked up my 10kg parcel. It barely fit inside the biggest locker. But somebody decided to put it the very top shelf I struggle to pull it out with only a few inches each side to stick my hands in due to size and weight why would the brain dead staff do this? Bottom or middle locker but really questionable why the very top highest locker really. This is pre pandemic since the border is closed Great service they are providing but some brain dead clueless staff working there.”

You're right: a 10 kg parcel belongs in a lower locker, not the top row, and we're sorry you had to wrestle it out. Thanks for the kind words about the service. If anything else ever goes sideways, email support@inoutparcel.com with your customer ID and we'll sort it out directly.

“This is a second time we went to get our parcels , it is convenient and the place is kept clean enough.”

Hi Ichi! What could we have done to improve your experience with us to get a full 5 stars? In Out Parcel Team

“First of all, I love the services offered by In Out Parcel. Don't get me wrong. I love the convenience of not having to interact with any human beings. Love the 24-hour access! For services, they deserve 5 full stars!! God forbid, however, if something goes wrong and you have to inquire with their staff. 2 examples: 1) my Amazon package was delivered on a weekday, but I didn't get the email from In Out. 2 days later, I emailed them inquiring. They then "found" my package and reminded me to put my customer ID on the delivery address. I then sent them a screenshot of my Amazon order address, with the customer ID, politely asking how I can ensure the delay doesn't happen again. No reply. Example #2: I had multiple packages to pick up, and when I opened one of the boxes, it was empty. I went to a staff behind the counter and ask about it, the guy said that I probably forgot I just picked it up. I tried to explain to him that I didn't, he replied sarcastically: "Ok, you're right Mme." And later on when he saw me in my car outside, he shook his head at me. Such attitude! You know, there are always different ways of saying the same thing. Perhaps a smile and "I assure you that you already have all your packages. Don't worry. If I see a package that has your customer ID on it, I'll let you know right away!" Oh well, maybe they have enough revenue now they don't really need to attract more customers. Again, this place is great, as long as everything is fine and you don't mind the attitude if something does goes wrong.”

The wording you suggested is exactly how it should have gone, and we're sorry it didn't, both the missed notification and the attitude at the counter. We're glad the lockers and 24-hour access work for you. If anything goes wrong again, email support@inoutparcel.com with your customer ID and we'll handle it directly.
