“This is my new parcel place in PR, since point2point closed down. I love the convenience of 24/7 access to retrieve my parcels and the fact that they have change rooms if you need to try stuff on. What I don't like is that rather than charging people daily storage, they charge a whole additional storage fee of $4.25/$5.75/$8.00, but you only get an additional 7 days?!? Unless I'm not understanding their website correctly...”

Thank you for taking the time to give InOut a happy review. Hopefully in the future we can give the 5 star service that we strive for. Yes we have dressing rooms, free WIFI, and 24 hour pickup. Please be aware that all parcels received are given two free weeks of storage for pickup. The $4.25/$5.75/$8.00 costs that you refer to is the "Receiving cost" depending on weight/size. We then provide 2 weeks of storage time to pickup the parcel. InOut will also send you a friendly reminder email before your two weeks is up in order to help you avoid the an extended fee from hitting your account if the item(s) remain here longer than the two weeks provided. Additionally, all customers can add authorized people to pick up on there behalf as a convenience. InOut also provides mail forwarding services if an individual has a hard time picking the item up. “Fair prices, extremely close to the border and they respond very quickly to any customer service enquiries. 24 hour service by keypad entry makes it a 5 star experience. Only reason I'd have to say 4 stars...... Even though the good people of Point Roberts have asked repeatedly for an exemption during the pandemic, and finally, far too late, our Canadian government granted one. The US border guards...well.. . If you want to come by late, say 3 am., not all, but some really don't appreciate being bothered by some Canadian traveller, and they will happily share their feelings about your travel times. Almost as if to say, "don't you dare try this again" .... Can't say Im a fan of the attitude and as a result will most certainly go back to using the truck crossing in Blaine to my regular parcel pickup as they are accustomed to 24 hr traffic.. Sorry in and out parcel.... You have an excellent buisness and the friendly people of Point Roberts, our neighbours, deserve better. They suffered horribly by being locked in a tiny penisula for no science based reason and I want to give them my buisness to see them flourish again. But it only takes 1 or 2 bad experiences from folks with tremendous authority to make one shy away permanently.”

“The 24/7 parcel locker service is great, but an extra 3.75USD on top of the 3.75USD receiving fee is required to open the lockers. It can get a bit expensive!”

For clarification, locker access is FREE since the beginning. We charge receiving fee once per package starting at $3.75. For your account, you paid $7.50 for two packages. Feel free to contact us direct if you have additional Qs on the pricing. All the fees are posted on our website as well.
