Receiving & Pickup

Can Someone Else Pick Up My Packages?

Two ways to have someone collect for you: share your 6-digit PIN for a one-off pickup, or add up to 3 authorized users to your account in the portal.

Yes — and you have two options depending on whether it’s a one-off favour or a regular arrangement.

Option 1: Share Your PIN (One-Off)

Every arrival email includes a 6-digit PIN that opens the locker at the RED, BLUE, or GREEN terminal. Anyone you give that PIN to can collect the package, any hour of the day — as long as your account balance is zero or positive (if you owe a balance, the PIN won’t open the locker until it’s paid, though they can pay by card right at the terminal).

This is the simplest route for “my neighbour is crossing the border today anyway.”

Option 2: Add Authorized Users (Regular)

For people who pick up for you often — a spouse, family member, or employee — add them as authorized users:

  1. Go to Account → Authorized Users in the portal.
  2. Click Add User and enter their full name exactly as it appears on their government-issued ID.
  3. Save. You can edit or remove them anytime.

You can have up to 3 authorized users. At the counter, they identify themselves with your Customer ID and their photo ID — the name must match what’s on file.

Which Should I Use?

  • Locker pickups: the PIN is all anyone needs — authorized or not.
  • Counter pickups (oversize items, letter mail held for pickup): this is where authorized users matter, since staff check ID against your account.

One thing to remember: whoever picks up, the account — and everything collected on it — remains your responsibility as the account owner.
