Ordered something that needs a signature on delivery? Our staffed facility handles that every day — you never have to be the one standing at the door.
We Sign for Courier Deliveries
During delivery hours, our staff receive and sign for packages from UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, and TNT — including anything marked signature-required. You’re welcome to send a signature-required package to your In Out Parcel address with no special arrangement needed.
After We Sign
Once a package is signed for and logged into our system, it goes through the same process as everything else: you get your normal arrival email with the tracking number, your 6-digit PIN, the locker location, and the cost.
One Exception: COD
Collect-on-delivery (COD) shipments are not accepted unless you’ve arranged it with us in advance. If you’re expecting a COD package, contact us before it ships so we can set it up.
