What kind of mail do you accept?
We accept all USPS letter mail, including first-class letters, postcards, certified mail, government correspondence, and magazines. Packages are handled separately under our parcel receiving service.
How does letter scanning work?
When you enable scanning, our staff opens your envelope and scans the contents to PDF. The scan appears in your online portal within one business day. You choose which letters to scan — unscanned mail is held for pickup.
Can I forward my mail instead of picking it up?
Yes. You can request forwarding for individual letters or batches. Forwarding costs are based on weight and destination, quoted in the portal before you confirm.
Do I need to fill out USPS Form 1583?
Yes. As a CMRA, we are required by the USPS to have a notarized Form 1583 on file before we can receive mail on your behalf. You can complete this during registration.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. You pay per letter received ($4.25) and per scan ($2.50). No subscription, no monthly minimum.
How long do you hold my mail?
Mail is held for 14 days after receiving, then storage renews in 7-day cycles at the same rate. Your mail is safe as long as your account is funded.
