“The best. The only way to get your parcels, safe, secure, access anytime (though I always go during business hours in case there's something amiss). Great service, very reasonably priced, the whole thing is well-thought-out and operated. Highly recommended. And now that things have gone sour between Canadians and the US President, and businesses in Point Roberts are suffering, if you go here to get or send a parcel, why not drop into and get something from one of the remaining businesses? We are neighbours, not enemies.”

“My parcel was MIA as the Post office lady was able to described my parcel and it supposedly given to In out staff that very morninng. Somehow their staff ( in out ) managed to render it MIA! Am i impressed? A couple of months later the post office called ma and someone turned up the lost parcel. So i am very thankful. It was delivered to the wrong address.”

Hello Jimmy! For your parcel, as previously requested we need an invoice for your shipment in order to begin an investigation for this package. Once we have your invoice, we can help you with the steps to either locate the package or take steps to file a missing package claim. If you would like to take the steps to work on this with us, please email a copy of the invoice for this tracking number so we can begin the process. We would love to assist you!
“Exceptionally easy and convenient! Wonderful customer service + lockers available 24-7. It is the smoothest experience I have had using a mail service. The rates seem to be a bit on the higher side, but it is well worth it, unless you have the time to go during work hours, and don't mind possibly lining up in person to get your package. Immediate email updates whenever packages are received, transferred to a locker, picked up, etc.”

“Great service and well stocked and maintained. My friend and I use this place exclusively thanks to it's 24/7 service and convinent ability to pay the fees in person and or have a account with some $$ in it. Facility is secured with a pin code at the door for overnight use and the facility can accomodate quite a variety of package sizes. Reasonable prices and they also will take your return shipments as well long as you provide a label!”
