“It was my first time using this service in general, and I am glad I selected In Out Parcel Company. The customer service they provided—explanations, care, and extra details/tips—was excellent and so helpful. For example, one of the tips they provided was to open the box to check if the order was the correct size. They also informed me that at the Canadian border, I might be asked to open the box. Opening it here would save time and hassle. As a first-timer, I would never have thought of this. These tips made passing the border so easy and fast. Thank you. I received good care and I am happy with my experience. I recommend using In Out Parcel.”
