“I've been using In/Out for several years now. I rarely need counter service but when I do, it's quick, cheerful with a high tolerance for my sense of humour. I can't imagine using any other service in Pt. Bob!”

“Very kind and helpful staff. In the past I’ve used similar services and had no issues so I wanted to try it again now that I’m in BC. I was worried about messing things up so I sent quite a few emails making sure everything was done correctly before I make the trip out there. Angela has just been the best, she’s very kind and responds quickly. She has also accommodated for me to come in sooner and gave me clear instructions. I’m super excited to pick up my packages today!”
