“In Out Parcel were absolutely amazing to my daughter-in-law when she was trying to bring her new pet bird over the border. When she unfortunately had to leave the bird for a few days and send her on for further certification, they went above and beyond in figuring out and providing a safe, comfortable place for the bird to stay for the weekend, and then will also ship her off again on Monday. I don’t know what we would have done without them. Thank you so much to them!”
Response from In Out Parcel
We found the bird a safe, comfortable spot for the weekend, and we're glad we could get her on her way again Monday. Stories like this are exactly why we like this job.
“Fantastic service. Been using InOut for years. Warmly recommended.”
Response from In Out Parcel
Years of repeat visits is the kind of feedback that means the most to us. Thank you for sticking with us this long.
“I wanted to send a shout out regarding In Out Parcel in Point Roberts. I have needed their assistance twice now and each time they were helpful, understanding and went that extra mile to make sure I was looked after. In these times where you can barely even reach a human being let alone expect help from a live person it is refreshing to be treated so well. I highly recommend them!”
Response from In Out Parcel
We're glad you reached a real person who took the time to help, both times. That kind of feedback keeps the team going.
“Extremely easy and smooth”

Smooth... reading this reminded me of the song "Smooth Operator" by Sade. Has 31 million views on Youtube. InOut Parcel is a Smooth Operator :) Thank You

Kevin!!!! Your parcel is not Home Alone. It is safe at InOut Parcel.
“This place and staff are excellent. They are always helpful and go above and beyond for customers. They are consistently very happy and treat everybody with a great deal of friendliness and respect! The staff and business deserve a 10 star review!”
Response from In Out Parcel
Mark, I love how you had "The staff" listen even before the "business" was 10 Stars. You have set a new bar for us, Google might need to start a possible 10 star review just for us :)
