“I made an order to Point Roberts and had to send a return back, however the company I ordered from gave no return label or instructions, so I had to leave my parcel in the locker and ask the team at In Out Parcel for assistance. Angela helped me every step of the way, packaging it up SO secure, getting me a USPS return label and reassuring me over the phone it was all taken care of. She even followed up with me when I had some more questions. She was so incredibly helpful and made it so much easier than it could've been. I'm so grateful to her and the team and I highly recommend using In Out Parcel :-) Also, in May 2022, no COVID test needed to cross to Point Roberts by land, and don't forget to complete your Arrive-Can when crossing back over to Canada at Boundary Bay!”

“Would rate 6 stars if I can! I've used the service a few times and it has been extremely quick and painless. Plus their customer service is top notch. I had to email them a few times to consolidate packages into one locker and identify stored parcel (store did not provide correct tracking number...) and they were all answered on same day. Plus all the packages are stored on same day as delivery, and free return service is just awesome. Will definitely keep on using them and recommend to family/friends if they need to purchase anything from US.”

“InOut is great. But crossing the border to Point Roberts isn't to be taken lightly. The wife and I did not know about ArriveCan and almost got stuck quarantining for 2-weeks with upto $5000 fine. Crazy.”
