“First of all, I love the services offered by In Out Parcel. Don't get me wrong. I love the convenience of not having to interact with any human beings. Love the 24-hour access! For services, they deserve 5 full stars!! God forbid, however, if something goes wrong and you have to inquire with their staff. 2 examples: 1) my Amazon package was delivered on a weekday, but I didn't get the email from In Out. 2 days later, I emailed them inquiring. They then "found" my package and reminded me to put my customer ID on the delivery address. I then sent them a screenshot of my Amazon order address, with the customer ID, politely asking how I can ensure the delay doesn't happen again. No reply. Example #2: I had multiple packages to pick up, and when I opened one of the boxes, it was empty. I went to a staff behind the counter and ask about it, the guy said that I probably forgot I just picked it up. I tried to explain to him that I didn't, he replied sarcastically: "Ok, you're right Mme." And later on when he saw me in my car outside, he shook his head at me. Such attitude! You know, there are always different ways of saying the same thing. Perhaps a smile and "I assure you that you already have all your packages. Don't worry. If I see a package that has your customer ID on it, I'll let you know right away!" Oh well, maybe they have enough revenue now they don't really need to attract more customers. Again, this place is great, as long as everything is fine and you don't mind the attitude if something does goes wrong.”

“Absolutely convenient with their self serve system. I can go pick up my parcel anytime and not restricted to business hours. Very easy to retrieve the parcel after business hours. Building is lighted and border is quiet at night. Highly recommended.”

“Guys, this is the place to go pick up your American goodies when shipping to Canada isn't an option. If you got a Nexus card, it makes crossing the border even more convenient! Staff really helped me out with unpacking my huge package. Although just a fair warning: they don't recycle gigantic cardboard.”
