You don’t have to catch us at the counter. Empty lockers stand open, so you can leave an outgoing package or a return at any hour — no PIN, no code, nothing to unlock.
Leaving a Package
- Find a door standing open. A bank of empty lockers is kept open for drop-offs, and there are usually a few others someone didn’t close. If the wall looks shut at a glance, walk it — during a pickup exactly one door opens, which is why most people assume they all stay closed.
- Put the parcel in and close the door. Any open locker will do; you don’t need a particular size or bank.
- Note the locker number. It’s on the door. This is the one step people forget, and it’s the one that matters.
- File the drop-off in your portal — My Shipments → New, then “Not from here?” — and give us the locker number and what you’d like done with it.
We usually collect it on the next staffed day and take it from there.
Why There’s No PIN
A PIN opens your locker so you can collect a package we put in it. It has nothing to do with dropping something off, and it only re-opens a locker for about 10 minutes after you first use it — see how pickup works. For a drop-off there’s nothing to open in the first place: the door is already standing open.
What You Can Leave
- A prepaid return with the label already on the box, or one we’ll print for you — returns are free, you pay only the postage.
- A package that needs postage — tell us the destination when you file the drop-off and we’ll quote it or make the label and charge your account.
- A package you brought in yourself that never passed through our counter — that’s exactly what the “Not from here?” flow is for.
If Every Locker Looks Full
It happens at peak times. Bring it to the counter during staffed hours instead, or send us a message and we’ll tell you what’s open. Never leave a parcel loose on the floor or at the door — a locker or the counter, nothing in between.
